Courier delivery
The goods are sent to the customer after the transfer is credited to the Voltener account in the amount corresponding to the value of the order along with delivery costs.
Delivery is made via:
- courier company "DPD" - delivery time maximum 5 business days;
- courier company "GLS" - delivery time maximum 5 business days;
- "Inpost parcel lockers" service - delivery time maximum 3 business days;
Personal collection
In the case of prepayment for goods purchased at the Voltener, the goods can be collected after the transfer corresponding to the value of the order has been credited to the wholesaler's account. The pickup date will be arranged by phone or e-mail.
