Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, all photos of our products are taken by us.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Invoices are available in the my orders tab, from there you can download the file with the invoice.
How can I return an item?
By law, you have 14 days to return goods purchased online. The goods cannot be unpacked or damaged.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
If a product is sold out, we restock within 21 business days.
Where can I ship my order?
We fulfill orders in Poland. If you like our products and would like to receive them outside Poland, please contact us.
